A distinct physical building kept as its own fire safety record. A site, such as a property or campus, groups its buildings at no extra charge. Floors, tenancies and departments inside one building are not separate buildings.

Yes. Enable or disable Staff Training for each building at any time. Billing starts when it is enabled and stops at the end of the billing cycle. Existing training records remain in the building's history.

No. There are no setup fees, onboarding charges or lock-in contracts. Upload your existing documents and aedile builds the record from what you already have.

It stays locked for as long as that building's Core subscription remains continuously active, on monthly billing. Cancelling ends it, and it is not restored if you subscribe again. Each account can hold the Founding rate on up to 5 buildings.

No. Every building includes unlimited users. Owners, managers, staff and contractors can work from the same live record at no additional cost.

Remove the building and billing stops at the end of the billing cycle. Exports are available while your subscription is active, so export the record for the new owner before you remove it - the record stays with the building. A Founding rate is locked to that building and does not transfer to a replacement building or a new owner.

Portfolios of 20 or more buildings are priced as an Enterprise plan. Talk to us and we will put together a quote.

Yes. Upload PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, images and handwritten service records. aedile reads, classifies and files each one where it belongs.
